A lot of realtors make big promises, but its delivering on those promises that really counts. Our Satisfaction Guarantee states that if we fail to deliver on our services, inform us in writing. And if we do not rectify your concerns within 7 days, we will release you from contract. Here’s how it works.

We’ll measure your property accurately, verify taxes, and provide you with a copy of the listing for your verification as well as all signed offers and contracts.
2. Proven marketing services that include professional photography, 3D tours, staging services where required, and signage installation within 24 hrs of listing. We’ll process your listing with the Peterborough Board promptly, include Toronto real estate board where helpful, and market your property extensively on the internet through Realtor.ca and 35 affiliated websites. We’ll include printed marketing support and ensure your property is professionally presented.
3. Promote your interests above all others including negotiating tirelessly on your behalf.
4. Connect you with reputable professionals such as lawyers, insurance agents, mortgage brokers, cleaners, movers or other services you request assistance with.
5. Locate and negotiate on the next home of your dreams.
